Have a message you want to share with your community or a specific mailing list? We offer two direct mail services to allow you to target your desired audience.
- If you’re looking to target a community, neighborhood, or general area, our Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) service is the perfect option! There is no mailing list needed; you will select postal routes from eddm.usps.com and they will be in the form of a double-sided flyer. The Agent and Loan Officer will split the cost of postage, making this a cost-efficient option to target a large radius of your choosing.
- Postcards are a great solution to get your desired message in the hands of selected individuals. For all postcard requests, please prepare a mailing list of 100 recipients or less. Prints are printed in-house, sized at 5.5” x 4.25,” and shipped directly to that provided address list. For postcards with an address list, the Agent does not pay for printing nor postage.
